3- Put the black pepper, baking soda, garlic, salt, paprika, and lemon juice in a deep bowl, and mix the ingredients well. Then put the fish fillet pieces and leave for 30 minutes.

4- In a frying pan, heat the oil well. Then dip the fish in the milk and egg mixture, and then into the flour mixture. Fry them until cooked, to turn golden, and serve hot.
